All class packages/sessions expire 84 days from start date of session. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates are subject to change.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you’re not going to be able to make a class, please make sure you do one of the following: 1) Cancel the class via your Club Spin account at least 12 hours in advance, or 2) If you are not able to log in to your account, email or call the studio during open hours at email@example.com or (224) 931-4280, and we will take care of you!
LATE CANCEL AND NO SHOW
All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class time. Any class cancelled less than 12 hours before the class will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in loss of credit for the cancelled class. If you fail to cancel and you do not show up for the class, you will be charged for the class.
HOW DO I RESERVE A CLASS?
Log into your Club Spin account online by going to clubspinstudio.com. All classes can be booked online.
CAN I MAKE A LAST MINUTE RESERVATION?
If you see an open class spot, go ahead and book it. You may also call or email the desk. If you book last minute and fail to show, you will forfeit the class credit.
If you add yourself to the waitlist and a spot becomes available you will be notified via email and automatically enrolled in the spot. If you are no longer available to take the spot, please reply to the email immediately to cancel your spot and avoid being billed. This will open the spot to the next person on the waitlist. If you do not respond via email or phone to cancel your spot, you will be billed for the class.
